Mission Statement:
We strive to maintain public trust with the efficient delivery of compassionate, courteous, and professional treatment and transport of those placed in our care.
Hours of Operation
Our operating hours are 7 days a week, 24 hours a day. Two full-time ALS/EMS crews are staffed on an A-B-C shift rotation. Each shift consists of a 48 on 96 off rotation. Verde Valley Ambulance also has a reserve program that helps to staff our dedicated Crew and they play a critical role in our inter-facility transports and calls.
